We continuously develop and provide training to equip our employees with necessary knowledge and skills to carrying out their jobs and maximize their full potential.

Our training and development programs include in-house as well as external courses such as:

1. NACE Coating Inspector Training and Certification Program
2. MOM (Ministry of Manpower) safety courses
3. CREST (Critical Enabling Skills Training) courses
4. Coaching skill
5. Use and maintenance of equipment

FRP is one of the pioneers in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Programme set up by EDB and ITE. FRP has been registered as an official OJT Training Centre since 1995.

Todate, we have successfully trained 90% of our workers under this programme. Many have been tested and have passed the ITE trade test. They are now registered with the Ministry of Manpower as skilled workers.

The structured training under the OJT scheme produced skilled and safety conscious workers, which meet the expectations of our corporate customers.
